The following resources are groups and organizations that Sussex CRC supports and/or is affiliated with through our church, local, or CRCNA (our denomination) connections.

Christian Education: Sussex CRC values Christian education. A number of our families send their children to the following institutions which we support as a congregation:

Sussex Christian School provides Christian education to kids in grades Pre-K through 8th and is located in Sussex, NJ.

Northwest Christian School provides Christian education to kids in grades Pre-K through 8th and is located in Newton, NJ.

Veritas Christian Academy is a Christian high school in Sparta, NJ.

Calvin University is a Christian University located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Dordt University is a Christian University located in Sioux Center, Iowa.

Therefore Go is an organization that focuses on youth ministries, short-term missions trips, and training. 

Family Discipleship: Jesus calls his followers to “go and make disciples.” The following resources and organizations can assist families and individuals in developing spiritual growth personally and as households:

Today posts daily devotions with their authors taking one month at a time. Today is a part of Reframe Ministries.

Kid's Corner provides children with a devotional, Bible Study, activity ideas, online radio programs, and more.

Focus on the Family is a Christian ministry dedicated to families. They provide articles, podcasts, and more.

Sound of Life Radio is a Christian radio station that airs in the Hudson Valley/New York region. 

Family Fire provides articles concerning marriage, dating, parenting, and more.

Global Missions: As Christians, we are called to share the message of God’s love in Jesus with the whole world. Sussex CRC partners with the following organizations to share the Word of God and to train up leaders in Christian ministry:

Resonate works to plant churches, do campus ministry, and equip and train pastors and leaders.

ReFrame's goal is to spread the Gospel around the world through media in the world's major languages.

NCK offers after school programs to low-income kids and teens in Jersey City, Paterson, Detroit, and Grand Rapids. 

The Gideons is an association of businessmen who distribute Bibles to people and places such as hotels.

Crossroads helps connect prisoners with mentors to help them study the Bible. 

Mid-Atlantic Ministries serves CRC churches in the Classis Hudson and Hackensack regions.

Calvin Seminary prepares leaders using Reformed Theology and is located in Grand Rapids, MI.

Sharing Christ’s Love: Followers of Jesus also share the love of Christ in tangible ways. Sussex CRC partners with the following organizations to meet physical needs locally and around the world in Jesus’ name:

The Sussex Help Center is a local food bank located in Sussex Borough, NJ.

Harvest House offers a lunch program to those in need in the Sussex area.

Today's Choice offers help and support to those facing an unplanned pregnancy.

Family Promise assists those facing homelessness in the Sussex County area.

The Luke Society assists medical professionals around the world.

World Renew offers programs for disaster relief, and community development. 

Eastern Christian Children's Retreat serves those with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Bergen and Passaic counties.

Friendship Ministries provides support in faith formation to those with intellectual disabilities.
